Vanessa Lancaster has been an attorney at ARTEMiS Law Firm since 2016 and has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2009.
Vanessa’s practice at ARTEMiS Law Firm is a unique blend of intellectual property counseling, enforcement, domestic and international trademark protection, and a wide variety of contracts related to intellectual property licensing and business development.
She has extensive experience in domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution as well as advising technology companies in developing and optimizing comprehensive intellectual property protection and commercialization strategies.
Vanessa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside, her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Arizona State University, and her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Vanessa developed improved smallpox vaccines and taught classes in chemistry and infectious disease at Arizona State University. Her technological expertise includes bacteriology, virology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, skin therapeutics, nanomaterials, biofertilizer, integrated microorganism bioreactor systems, vaccines, and many other applications of chemistry and biochemistry.
